TITEB GTO manages all paperwork and administrative requirements for employers throughout a traineeship or apprenticeship.
Training contracts can be anywhere from 12 months to 4 years in duration. Over this time, we will ensure that all eligible claims are made and forwarded to the employer’s nominated bank account. We can also provide HR and Payroll Services if required.
If required, we will help with recruitment of suitable trainees or apprentices. Prior to commencing, candidates will complete a work readiness program, including an understanding of employer requirements.
Where possible all training is delivered in community to ensure minimal workplace disruption. Off the job training is fully-funded. When block training is required, we will coordinate all travel and accommodation requirements for the apprentice.
