To ensure a high level of service to stakeholders, clients and staff, TITEB has re-established its Corporate Services in-house.
Corporate Services supports and enables the TITEB team across four work sites and five program areas. Our service delivery impacts on Tiwi lives from early childhood through to retirement. Our success is determined by the quality and commitment of our employees, and the quality of the data and information they have at their fingertips day to day.
TITEB HR strategies are aimed at keeping Tiwi employment strong, including providing access to key forms and documents via the online staff portal, transparent HR policies and procedures, and ongoing on-the-job training and incentives. We are proud of our employment record, including 89% Indigenous employment and 75% staff retention in 2019/20.
Improvements to data tracking and accessibility provides increased confidence in decision-making in the field and at the administrative level. To this end we have developed a virtual dashboard that provides a snapshot of critical data across all service delivery areas, and our own RSAS Back to School app that allows us to track each child’s attendance, reasons for non-attendance and steps taken.
Across all the work we do, working with other Tiwi stakeholders is very important. The TITEB website provides external stakeholders with key information, including an overview of our programs, events calendar/planner, downloadable plans, reports and infographics, and staff contacts. A number of infographics have been designed to improve stakeholder understanding and take-up of TITEB programs. Stakeholders are welcome to view and download our Services Delivery Guide, CDP Host Roadshow and Trainee/apprentice infographic, and contact us for further information and enquiries.
