Pirlangimpi Mob making the most out of old fuel drums

Categories: Job Seekers, Pirlangimpi, News

Manager Matt Turner has been teaching the boys how to weld this week in Pirlangimpi. They have been gathering old empty fuel drums laying around the community and the dump and making them into BBQs. Each job seeker will have a turn at making their own BBQ with the assistance of Matt who is experienced in welding and then they get to take it home! What a great way to reduce landfill and reuse what would have been rubbish and at the same time giving people in the community something useful they can use at home to cook food for their families! Another great idea from Pirlangimpi! Good luck keeping up with the orders coming in now as we’ve heard everyone wants one!
